Hi, my name is Chloë Laigre, I am a bartender, the founder of Infuse Me and a recipe creator!
I’m very passionate about travel. In fact, one day, when I was in London, a fascinating and inspiring city for the cocktail world, I decided that I wanted to stay here for a couple of years and evolve in the bar industry. I also discovered a whole new culture and way of tasting gin. A culture that I took back with me to France.
My concept :
Infuse Me is a unique concept in France of infusions for Gin Tonic and Mocktails. The idea came to me when I returned from London, capital of gin and England, the great country of tea. I created blends of plants, flowers, spices and dehydrated fruits. Each blend, of which there are currently 6, has a subtle and original aromatic profile designed to complement your best gins and tonics.
Initially, conceptualized for individuals, Infuse Me aims to bring professional quality cocktails to your home. Also, they are now available to hotel and restaurant owners in a single-serve pouch.
All the ingredients in our sachets are 100% natural, we source locally and organically as much as possible. There are no additives, dyes or preservatives. Each color is 100% organic. Our packaging is also made of recycled and recyclable kraft cardboard, biodegradable corn fiber bag.
The whole production is handmade, made in Brittany.
Concerning my cocktail creation with ARTONIC, I made the Mafana Mule in the semi-final of the Bartender On Line Challenge 2021 with the Cucumber Tonic. A fresh and delicious drink that I invite you to reproduce at home!
