- 4 cl Braastad Cocktail Edition Cognac
- 2 cl of Maison Routin old fashioned Génépi
- 1.5 cl white wine reduction with smoked malabar pepper & house black sansho
- 5 drops of Thai bitter
- Topped off with Artonic Lemongrass Soda
Decoration : Basil chips and smoked Malabar pepper & sansho crushed
