I like to think that mixology is an everlasting art that can appeal to all the senses of the consumer and arouse an emotion.
Therefore, through my creations, I always try to transmit to my customers my personality, my roots and my desire to please.
In mixology as in cuisine, the desire to share is the most beautiful source of inspiration.
For this cocktail « Racine essentielle », I was inspired by the exotic universe that I tried to represent in this drink by associating the ARTONIC Indian Tonic.
